Note: Blood is normally useless (except for keeping us alive), only has use in some quests. You can get it by 'using' a liquid Container on a monster corpse who is not undead or human. For example, you won't get blood from Skeleton, but you will get blood fromHunter orBear. Item used in the Banshee Quest.
