- Head to a cave south-west of Thoris as shown below:

- Go down the hole, down another hole, and follow the path as shown, later continue on the 1-way path 'till you reach a marble-floor room:

- Step onto the pressure plate (actually a hole leading to the room below) in the middle of this room to enter the quest room.
- Take care as you will face 4 Witches and you can not go back up!

- Once you kill the witches, use a Destroy Field rune on the Fire Field as indicated.
- Now use a Pick on the dirt tile that was under it.

- Claim your Steel Axe from the level 15 chest and go back up.

- You will need to place 4 of the Crates that can be found inside the room on each of the 4 pressure plates at each end of the room.

- Once you do so, stairs will appear in the middle of the room which you can use to get out!
