Every player has a maximum of 30 hours of stamina. Every time you gain experience your stamina will be drained for the next 3 minutes.
Once your stamina drops to 12 hours, you will no longer gain experience. If your stamina drops below 6 hours you will no longer be able to loot.
You regenerate 1 minute of stamina for every 4 minutes of real life. This means if you played for 24 hours straight, you would go from 30 hours to 6 hours, although regenerate 6 hours back, meaning you would really be at 12 hours of stamina.
