Legend:	When Amber sailed to Novus on her raft she forgot her notebook and needs it back.

This article may contain quest spoiling information! Head to the dock east of Novus, here. Be careful as there are Bugs, Spiders, and especially a Tortoise near the dock. Open the Chest circled in the picture below to retrieve Amber's Notebook. You can trade it with her for a Short Sword.
