This article may contain quest spoiling information! Go into the Novus Sewers via the main drain: Follow the path from Point A to Point B (marked on the image below). You will encounter a number of Hungry Rats on this floor. Go down the hole marked in Point B. There will be 8 Rats in the cave on floor -2. Go to Point D and move the top Box out of the way to find the reward box with the Rapier.
