Reward:	Adds 20% ice resistance to your full Amulet of the Elements

Quest required:	Finished Lightbringer Faction
Be prepared to face:	Frost Dragon, Blue Wyvern, Ice Golem, Wendigo, Frost Drake, Snow Ravager (or only some or none of these if you choose to purchase the items required)
Method:
This article may contain quest spoiling information! Ask Garrick in the Arak Lightbringer Base about a mission (once you've completed the Lightbringer Faction). He will tell you about discussions in lightbringer meetings about the possibility of harnessing the additional energy leftover in your amulet of the elements after the defeat of Daevok and will send you to speak to Draculd to assist him in creating an ice essence. Ask Draculd for a mission and he will offer you two possibilities to upgrade your amulet. Say 'amulet' to open the crafting window, you can either upgrade the amulet by bringing him a Snow Ravager Amulet OR all of the following skins: 5 File:frost dragon wing.png Frost Dragon Wings - skinned from Frost Dragons with a (~1%) 5 Blue Wyvern Wings - skinned from Blue Wyverns with a (~1-2%) 25 Wendigo Claws - skinned from Wendigos with a (~5%) 15 Frost Drake Tails - skinned from Frost Drakes with a (~10%) 15 Permafrost Shards - skinned from Ice Golems with a (~3%)
