| Note: | You can use a Small Ruby on it to turn it into the Full Helmet of the Fallen King for 30 minutes which is the second best helmet in-game. When the 30 minutes are up the helmet turns back into the regular Helmet of the Fallen King. When enchanted with the Soul Emerald, it turns into an Enchanted Helmet of the Fallen King which is the best helmet ingame, permanently. Obtainable through the Lord Azeran Quest. |
