First Addon (Hat/Tiara) Speak to Baron Johann Ardlich inside Thoris castle and ask him about an 'addon'. 100 Worn out Pirate Beaters - dropped by Swashbucklers 100 Pirate Eye Patches - dropped by all types of undead pirates 250 Cursed Gold Coins - dropped by all types of undead pirates 50 Pirate Hand Hooks - dropped by Crewmen and pirate minibosses 25 Pirate Skull Belts - dropped by Commodores and pirate minibosses 2 Pirate Hats - dropped by Commodores 2 Pirate Bandanas - dropped by Swashbucklers 100 Worn out Pirate Tabards - dropped by Crewmen 100 Worn out Pirate Capes - dropped by Commodores Pirate Captain's Hats - dropped by pirate minibosses and Captain Edward Second Addon (Cloak/Dress) Speak to the jester Leroy on the upper floors of the Eschen castle and ask him about an 'addon'. At some point he will send you to the Baron in Thoris to complete the addon. Red Robe - dropped by Banshees, Cultist Blooddrinkers and Wights 10 Frozen Lungs - obtained by skinning Frost Drakes with (~1%) 100 Mangled Pieces of Blue Cloth - obtained by skinning Skeleton Sharpshooters with (~1%) 10 Void Bones - obtained by skinning Shadow Drakes with (~1%) 50 Reaper Horns - obtained by skinning Skull Reapers with (~1%) 50 Golden Beetle Ornaments - obtained by skinning Fiery Beetles with (~1%) 300 Gold Bars - obtained by Mining 100 Giant Rubies - obtained by skinning Ancient Golems with (~8%)
