Winterbay is one of the three Ice Islands in the northwest of Thoris.
To travel to Winterbay, you need to pay 20 gp to Nielson on the Mainland, or you can travel here from the other two Ice Islands, Neve and Mejborn, for 7 gp.
There are multiple houses on Winterbay, as well as a castle where you can find a teleporter to the vault of Erebus (see the Erebus's Vault Quest). There is also a small cave with Frost Trolls to the north of the village.
