Ask him about an 'addon', he will tell you what you need and you will need to turn in the different items separately in order. 100 White Wool - skinned from Sheep with (~10%) 100 Black Wool - skinned from Black Sheep with (~10%) 100 Crystalbeast Furs - skinned from Crystalbeasts with (~10%) 50 Snow Ravager Furs - skinned from Snow Ravagers with (~7-10%) Addon 2 (Hat): Speak to Bertram about his hat and he'll tell you to bring him a Dwarven Helmet for your second addon. Dwarven Helmet - extremely rare drop from Dwarf Generals
