Notes:	Grim appears only during the Halloween Event and sells various items and the base vampire outfit for Halloween Points. He sells the 1st Vampire Outfit addon (after you defeat the Face of Decay) for 10 Stuffed Bags of Halloween Coins (keyword - "shoulders"). After you defeat the Face of Decay he sells the Skeleton Warlord Outfit addons for 10 Stuffed Bags of Halloween Coins each. You need to have the first addon (cloak and helmet) before you can buy the hammer addon (keywords: "cloak/helmet" for 1st, "hammer" for 2nd). After you defeat the Face of Decay, he also sells the base Succubus Outfit for 5 Stuffed Bags of Halloween Coins, 3 Golden Skulls and 3 Golden Pumpkins. He sells the first addon (keyword: "horns") for 40 Stuffed Bags of Halloween Coins, 2 Golden Skulls and 2 Golden Pumpkins; and the second addon (keyword: "wings") also for 40 Stuffed Bags of Halloween Coins, 2 Golden Skulls and 2 Golden Pumpkins (you need to have the first addon before the second).
