| Strategy: | On a lower level kill them one by one, at higher levels you can gather them and use Explos. |
| Notes: | You need to be on mission 7 of the Grim Faction or have it completed to be able to enter the spawn! The top floor has a lever which is used to open the basement/-1 floor; the basement contains a room with a lever which teleports you into Master Zegrath's room when pulled. |
