Strategy:	Shooters can just run these and SD them. A team consisting of a blocker and a shooter can be very effective in killing these either 1 by 1 with SDs or ideally grouping 2-3 together (recommended level 350+ to block 3 at once) and using Explosions or Great Energy Beam. As a knight, if you are to solo them, pull out a 2h weapon and either take them 1 by 1 and use explosions or heavy frozen missiles, or take them 2 by 2 and use explosions. Their melee hit is quite weak compared to the rest of their ability kit and therefore your objective should be to kill them as soon as possible. Always try to keep the diagonals as it will drop their max hit considerably.
