Method:
This article may contain quest spoiling information! Head to Cave Troll Mountain south-west of the Mittenhoff mountain from Arak as shown below: Go down the hole and into the spawn, then follow the path: You will face several Cave Trolls as you progress through the spawn! Levitate down into the hole. You will face 4 Bonebeasts and 3 Cave Trolls here. Once you go down the hole to -1, you'll be faced with even more Bonebeasts and Cave Trolls. You can run into a corner and clear them carefully or use Explosions or Great Fireballs. When you clear the floor, use your Pick to open a hole as shown: WARNING: As you go deeper you will encounter increasing amounts of Bonebeasts and Cave Trolls, as many as 10-15, so take care! You'll face a bunch of bonebeasts and cave trolls, clear them and open the 2nd pickhole: You can run into a corner and clear them carefully or use Explosions or Great Fireballs. The final floor has the largest number of enemies so be very careful. You can run into a corner and clear them carefully or use Explosions or Great Fireballs. Once you clear them all you can claim your reward from a body in the southeast part of the room as indicated.
