Method:
This article may contain quest spoiling information! This quest is part of the Explorer Outfit Quest, the reward is required to complete the outfit and has no other use. Note: In order to do this quest, Sulphira's Lair must be open, it only opens when the random rare raid happens, spawning Ignis' Spirit and Sulphira and many Dragons and Dragon Lords all along the path to her lair. Once the raid happens, the lair will remain open until the next server save, only during this time can the lair be accessed and the albino dragon corpse in it looted for the claw. In order to do this quest, you must first travel to the albino dragons' mother Sulphira's Lair in Abukir. Follow the path as depicted on the images below: Now go up the stairs and follow the caves, there is only one way to go to the next image. Now go down the stairs and up the stairs to the west. Follow the blue line and Levitate up to the left as indicated by the pink-blue dot. Now levitate up to the left again as indicated by the pink-blue dot. Levitate up once more after that and you'll find yourself on this floor: Follow the blue line and go down the double stairs, you will find yourself in front of Sulphira's lair. If the raid creatures haven't been cleared, the area around the lair will contain 10-15 Dragon Lords and Ignis' Spirit. If it is cleared you can proceed safely into the hill to the north of the stairs and down the hole into Sulphira's lair, make sure Sulphira herself has also been dealt with before entering her lair, as facing her alone can be deadly. Down inside the lair, there is an obvious white albino dragon corpse on the ground, right-click it to obtain your Ancient Albino Dragon Claw. You can now exit the lair down the hole and out through Abukir Dragon Lair.
